Jan Skvaril, Managing Partner of HLB Bulgaria, took part in the business forum „MySuccess.bg in Food & Beverage: Within a radius of attraction“ – 28.11.2013г.
On November 28, 2013 in hotel Sheraton Sofia was held the Business Forum organized by magazine ENTERPRISE, focused on effective solutions and market trends for the producers, distributors and retailers in the food and beverage industry.
Jan Skvaril, Managing Partner of HLB Bulgaria presented effective strategies of Bulgarian companies in the food and beverage industry, as well as success stories of local companies on foreign markets.
He shared with the participants of the forum experience in strategic and business planning, pointing the most common mistakes that companies make during business planning.

n of the representatives of Bulgarian companies in the sector to his observation that one of the main differences between Western and Eastern European entrepreneurs is that second look for extremely quick profit.
